Responsible Gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Only play with money you do not need for everyday expenses.

Set limits on money and time

Before playing, decide how much money and time you can spend. Money needed for rent, bills or other essentials should never be part of your gambling budget. Do not try to recover losses by placing larger bets, and never borrow money to gamble.

Gambling is not a reliable source of income. Winnings are never guaranteed. Regular breaks can help you keep track of how long you have been playing.

When gambling becomes a problem

Warning signs include spending more time or money than planned, trying to win back losses immediately or hiding your gambling from others. Debt and problems with family, work or education may also be linked to harmful gambling behaviour.

If any of this sounds familiar, or you are worried about someone close to you, you can contact a support service. You do not need to wait until debt becomes a problem.

Taking a break and self-exclusion

To request a break or self-exclusion from Spinbara, contact [email protected]. Make clear that you want to take a break or be excluded because of your gambling behaviour.

When requesting self-exclusion, tell support if you have any other accounts. You must not open new accounts while excluded. Closing an account in the usual way is not a substitute for explicitly requesting self-exclusion.

Protecting minors

People under 18 may not open an account or gamble for real money. Login details must not be shared. Parental-control filters can restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.
